Shoulder health is important for posture and in order to do the normal activities of daily living that we sometimes take for granted. When doing the band shoulder lateral raise, stand tall and keep the arm straight, focusing on pulling with the shoulder. This can be used as a strength exercise, to work shoulder mobility, or as a warm-up prior to higher-intensity exercises.
