It has been awhile since I've done a video this comprehensive, moving from problem description, workarounds, analysis of potential alternatives, assessing those alternatives and finally choosing one to take into the pilot stage. This is a personal journey of the steps I took to find out what in the heck was going on with ecryptfs when I tried it using LMDE. First off, eCryptfs, and LMDE are not at fault here as you will see, so don't yell at them....
