Is Linux obsolete? What about virtualization and containerization are they just relics of the past?
MirageOS is a Xen and Linux Foundation incubator project: https://mirage.io/
Today I am continuing on with my discussion of MirageOS, I will explain its use, how it works and some places it is currently being used. Finally I get to the heart of the matter and show you how to setup opam, install the OCaml compiler, configure MirageOS and create your first unikernel to deploy on both Linux (unix) as well as KVM. I will be doing this on Debian, however other Linux distros are supported as well (please see the list on the MirageOS website).
