just wanted to let you know that the mki x es.edu DIY Mixer kit is out now! The circuit is pretty much a 1:1 implementation of the one I developed in my recent video on a gritty three-channel mixer. So it offers three DC-coupled inputs that work with audio and CV, volume level controls per channel, plus regular-, inverted- and soft clipped outputs. Oh, and on the back of the module, there's a trimmer that allows you to set the maximum clipping intensity!

After VCOs, VCFs and VCAs, EGs are probably one of the most essential building blocks of any modular synth. In future episodes, we'll expand on this design, adding stuff like looping, linearization, voltage control & more.
