first things first: thank you so much for 30K subscribers. I have no clue what's happening but am incredibly grateful. thank you v v much! 🥹💛 the comment sections of my videos have been SO fun & it's exactly what I envisioned when I imagined having a kind + intelligent + thoughtful + ambitious community of soft entrepreneurs & business friends.

second things second: just a small reminder to set 'tiny goals' when you're starting a new + big endeavor. I'm attaching the tiny goals I had when I started Youtube back in 2021. Tiny goals give you the momentum to begin and take action even when the project seems so unbelievably overwhelming and intimidating. 

The tinier the goal, the better. Make it easy for yourself.

Hiiiiya -- uploads are coming a bit slower because I'm trying to do a shift from quantity --> quality on our channel.

For the first 1.5 years of Youtube, I knew I just needed to get the reps in and pump out as many videos as I could get the system down & so I couldn't unleash my inner perfectionist on them. But now that we have over 100 videos, I think it's time to shift to quality over quantity.

For about the past year, I (aka my business LOL) have been heavily investing into learning and developing my Youtube-ing skills (via courses + mentorship + team) to produce better videos for you guys. We respect your time so we only want to put out content that's truly valuable and  creative. :)
