Happy Monday everyone! 💕 Today we officially begin our Winter Workout Challenge with this Sculpt and Sweat Full Body Routine!

It’s a challenging one, but use whatever weights you feel comfortable with and utilize the modification screens where needed. 😊

We’ll be doing this same workout on the last day of our 8 week challenge, so you can use it as your “fit test”.

WORKOUT CHALLENGE FAQ

1. WHERE CAN I FIND THE NEW WORKOUTS?

Any NEW workouts on the schedule will be posted to my channel 1-2 days before their scheduled day and added to the corresponding playlist.

2. WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

I would suggest that you have a good medium set of dumbbells for the challenge. In my videos I use mostly two 10LB dumbbells. Occasionally I use a lighter set of dumbbells (3LB), and sometimes a heavier set (15LB). Always choose your weights based on your own strength level. 😊 

During this challenge I will have more than one video that uses a booty band (loop band). The first video that uses a booty band will be this Friday’s Full Body Workout. If you don’t have one, you can still do the routine without the band. 

4. WHERE DO I FIND THE VIDEOS?

The videos are all organized into weekly playlists on my fitbymik YouTube Home Page. Look for the title 2024 WINTER WORKOUT CHALLENGE. All videos are listed in the correct order according to the calendar. 

4. IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

Although many of my videos are challenging, I always provide modifications and low impact options. If you are a beginner you can choose lighter weights to start off and utilize the modification screens. 

5. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP? 

There is no sign up for this challenge. However, you can sign up for email updates on my website fitbymik.com. You will receive an email with challenge details, the full schedule and playlist links attached. 

6. WHERE IS THE FEBRUARY SCHEDULE?

For our 8 week winter workout challenge, the February schedule will be posted during the last week of January.

Hey everyone! It has been brought to my attention that my Instagram account is being confused for someone else. 

I only have one Instagram for my fitness content. It is  @fitbymik  (only one k and no underscores).

There I always post the monthly workout challenges and calendars in my Instagram stories, and save them to my highlights for reference. 😊🤗
