Have any of you added in the ability for users to upgrade and downgrade their subscriptions? I just recently did it for the first time using stripe and decided I should probably add it into https://wdcstarterkit.com/ to save myself time in the future.

For those who were interested in the idea of the SaaS starter kit I've been talking about, I have my initial "coming soon" app deployed (this feature is also built into the kit using a flag). Right now I've been writing documentation and screen recordings about how to setup the various service, such as cloudflare, you'll need to launch your first saas.

Have you ever used a saas starter kit? I made a free nextjs starter kit which includes stripe, Shadcn, drizzle, Postgres (docker), next-auth, subscription management, account deletion, a basic landing page, and hooks directly into project planner ai for tracking events, feedback, and a changelog. https://github.com/webdevcody/ppai-next-starter Open source, all feedback welcomed. I’ll make a tutorial video soon to walk through it.

I’ve used one before, it saved me some hours of setup

For those who watch tutorials, do you expect a tutorial to be all from scratch, or is it ok to bypass all the setup and start with a premade setup with a walkthrough.
