Time to re-lume this Seiko LM dial !  Should I get the camera out?  The disassembly video flopped so unsure to continue this series. (Built the movement off camera as a result)

Thank you for all the views, likes Nd comments.  Sorry for lack of content had some very sad times lately in my family and my attention needed to be elsewhere. However I am back at my bench now re-igniting my passion and the cameras are rolling!

On a side note I am happy to say I have just had my latest PSA test for my prostate cancer and it is still undetectable. 19 months post surgery. 
This simple blood test saved my life and it could save yours.

Then please look after your prostate and ask on your next checkup for a PSA blood test. 
Prostate cancer is a silent killer in men having no symptoms usually until the disease is much more advanced.

I had no symptoms and was diagnosed at 49 years old! 

If only one person acts on my continued awareness and gets an early diagnosis as a result (curable if early ) my suffering will have been worthwhile.

Hi guys. Some of you might know that in 2022 I was given the devastating news that I had prostate cancer. I was 49 at the time!  No symptoms no issues I just acted on an awareness campaign I heard on the radio.

This is a crazy Seiko from 1977. Was a watch I served very early on in my watchmaking journey possibly 2017. It’s now a non runner . Question is would it make a good video to see the difference in my ability from then to now? I suspect this will be quite dirty and poor oiling .
