I posted this on fb a few days ago. I have four slats ready for paint, and four flaperons ready for primer and paint. I've started making a jig to hold these pieces in the paint booth. Just waiting for some warmer weather to get them painted and installed on the plane. Come on Summer! 

Time to get the leading edge slats built and installed. I'll let the primer cure while I get the skins ready. Pressing forward!

I've finally made the fiberglas fairings for the Super Duty wings. After some sanding and filling I can remove these and move a wing into the paint booth! Time to make some progress. 

I got these two pieces painted today so I’ll let them dry for a few days and then I’ll rivet them to the stab. That will let me attach the elevator and then the control cables! 

A new Cruzer fairing is now available on the www.kitplaneenthusiast.com website. It's the long fairing that hides the elevator trim cable on the leading edge of the elevator. Here you can see my original fairing painted and installed, and the new plastic one now available for just $24.99.
