Apple is planning a major overhaul to its Mac lineup with the advent of the M4 family of chips. 

According to a new report from Bloomberg, Apple is planning a “new family of in-house processors designed to highlight artificial intelligence.” 

In addition, Apple is considering support for up to half a terabyte of RAM 💀 That’s up from the current max of 192GB.

Apple is planning to release its new iPad Pro and iPad Air models in “early May,” according to a new report from Bloomberg.

The news comes as Apple’s “overseas suppliers have ramped up production” of the new devices.

The report explains that Apple had hoped to release the new iPads “by the end of March or early April,” but is still in the process of finishing software updates for the devices.

iOS 18 will reportedly allow iPhone users to freely place app icons anywhere on the grid, making gaps on the home screen possible for the first time!

NEWS: US Department of Justice is readying a formal lawsuit against Apple to be filed as soon as tomorrow, according to a report from Bloomberg.

The suit will claim Apple broke antitrust laws by restricting access to iPhone software and hardware features.

The claims of the suit have not yet been released, but are expected to revolve around the monopolistic power of the iOS App Store.

New iPad Pro models will be available in both matte and glossy screen options, according to a new rumor on Weibo today.

This would be similar to how the Apple Studio Display and Pro Display XDR are also available in glossy and Nano-texture display options.

The post also says it is “confirmed” that new iPad hardware is coming next week.

A new rumor today says that Apple has invested billions in a new coating technology for future iPhone displays.

This technology would allegedly make future iPhone displays "more scratch-resistant" and add a new anti-reflection layer, but it won't be ready for the iPhone 16 this year…
