🛀We often make the mistake of thinking that self-care and productivity are two completely different things. 

But the truth is more complicated. 

In order to be productive we need to look after ourselves. And looking after ourselves sometimes involves doing challenging things. The two have to live in balance.

😧 Ever find yourself feeling overwhelmed, and you need to calm down quickly? 

Here’s a mindfulness technique you can do to help ground yourself - in just one minute. ⏳

All you need to do is sit comfortably and close your eyes. Notice the position of your body, and focus on your breathing for a while. And then you can back to your task, feeling a bit more relaxed.
