ā„šŸ”„ I know a great guy named Peter who has a lot of experience in the HVAC field. (his years of experience are probably older than me) He just retired a year ago. I was thinking to make a video with him and ask him to share 7 life advice tips that he has learned throughout the years. The premise will be: "if you can go back in time and talk to your 20 year old self, what advice would you give him?" Another video idea is to ask him about his wildest experiences. Dirtiest house he's ever been to, most dangerous jobs, near fatal mistakes, angry customers, encounters with wild pets, crazy repairs, etc. Do you all think this would be an interesting video to make? I might even turn this into a little series if you guys enjoy it.

Yes! This would be awesome!

No. I would rather watch some repair video.

Hi all!

I would love to get some feedback from you if you find this relevant. For the last couple years I was considering making a YouTube course since this is a subject I'm passionate about. Actually I started YouTube before I even started my HVAC career. I have been doing YouTube for about 12 years now and created many different channels on a variety of subjects. I know that most of you only know about my Word of Advice channel but I tried tackling many more topics than just HVAC and appliance repair. Compilations (Video Digest), fitness, origami, jokes, tutorials, educational, faceless channels, etc. After thinking it over, I decided against the course idea but am now considering to simply make a new channel where I will solely talk about YouTube. Video editing, thumbnails, channel building, analytics, tips, tricks, suggestions, formats, etc.

The reason for this post is to see if there is any interest in this topic. Do you have any YouTube related questions? Interested to make a channel? Want advice for a channel you are running? How to increase watch time, rookie mistakes to avoid, etc. I have a lot of advice to give, many things that I learned the hard way throughout the years. Please let me know if there is any interest! Thanks guys, you rock no matter if you're interested or not! šŸ˜„

I'm interested.

Not interested.
