You guys keep asking for RX 7900 XTX and 7900 XT buying guides, so I am working on those right now. 
But uh...they all have the SAME VRM setup and all the coolers are overkill. 

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the different models except for the AMD reference cards with the vapor chamber issue.
