hey yall. wanted to post an update re: the ai art app i used for a video. i had no idea that there was harm being done to actual artists by the creators of AI art apps and that there were real life negative implications of supporting an app like that. thank you to those of you in the comments who shed some light on how the way the bots are created is predatory to small artists in nature. i had no intention of contributing to an app that masks a basically stolen product as artificial intelligence, without any regard for the artists who are making the “ai” so strong. i also know i could have had a better critical thinking moment before diving into making a video using the app so i want to apologize for that as well. preciate y’all
