I’ve said this sentence way too many times this week… and by this week I mean 24 hours. “I think it’ll appraise for that, but it won’t sell for that” BC shit will comp out & appraise on paper for X. But active listings are showing a decrease. People aren’t doing the right math. 🙁 🤦

People ask frequently about getting into PPC advertising and how much they should spend etc. Usually my reply is something like; HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO SPEND TO GO BANKRUPT. How much you spend doesn't matter if you don't have the tools to work the leads. Orrrrr the ability to keep going when you get leads and this is the sellers response... "Just wanted to know the value I’m not selling right now." Just wanted to know the value I’m not selling right now. Why did you fill out the web form to sell your house!? Our websites don't say, we'll tell you the value of your house!! Happy Hump Day! If you need help with a deal, hit us up. But don't just hit us up to figure out the value of a home! LOL!
