I'm excited to share big news with those of you who love my content. I'm starting a Substack! I'll be posting deep-dive articles and premiering new videos there for paid subscribers. My goal with this project is not just to create videos and articles, but to be able to cover cases that *aren't* being televised from the courtroom, starting with Richard Allen's trial in May, which I'll be attending. Paid subscriptions are what will make this feasible.

I'm really excited for this conversation about managing media for a high-profile criminal defendant and talking through the traps and pitfalls of what Mr. Labar is doing as he attempts to take on the role of wartime consigliere.
