You know, Mandy was on honeymoon in Jan and then had surgery in Feb. That's why he could not come to the office for 2 months. Andy and Mandy are very close, whenever Mandy is on leave, Andy also refuses to come to LLA studio... huh!

Some people say, "It's a really long video to watch, gets boring, make a shorter one" 

I reply: We make educational content that helps you take financial decisions, it's about your family's future. So when i made a 43-minute long video on health insurance ( https://youtu.be/jpAY1f_1A5M ) i didn't care whether people would find it boring, all i cared was that the video reaches the one who can take out a sunday's worth of time, sit down and learn about health insurance before taking a decision for one's beloved family. 
Making a video like that is 10 times harder for me, too. But i do it because i know it's not just a video, it's a responsibility.

For December 31st, I have NO PLANS and intend to do NOTHING special.
