TYAO Waiting list coming soon.

What is TYAO?

Dave Tate's "Train Your Ass Off" event is an intensive, hands-on training clinic hosted by Dave Tate, the founder of EliteFTS. These clinics are designed for serious lifters looking to push their limits and gain deeper insights into their training. During the event, participants undergo multiple training sessions where they receive direct coaching and feedback from Dave and other experienced trainers.

The focus is not just on lifting heavy weights but also on teaching the attendees about technique, program design, recovery, and other aspects critical to long-term progress in strength sports. The environment is usually highly motivational, giving participants a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best in the field while also experiencing firsthand the culture and ethos of EliteFTS. This event is part of EliteFTS's broader mission to educate and equip strength athletes to achieve their best.

TYAO Application Deadline is this Sunday.

If you are struggling with your training, looking for a better way, or need help figuring out your weak points, whether Technical, Mental, or Physical, this event is for you.

You will be part of a group of 4-6 people who will spend nearly 20 hours being coached by me at elitefts.

Your squat, bench press, and deadlift technique will be analyzed and optimized for you! We will anchor what max effort and effort mean and how to apply them in your training.

You will learn to get more out of your supplemental and accessory movements and how to do them.

Hours will be spent answering all your questions, including how to build your program and/or get better results with the coach you work with.

I only do a handful of these events annually, and this application is for the first three dates in 2024.

These events are for anyone who places training as one of their top priorities in life. I have had 1000-pound squatters and 225 squatters attend this event, so if you care about taking your training to the next level, this is for you.

We’ve got the first of two Table Talk Podcasts with @jailhousestrong tomorrow!

At 16, Josh Bryant immersed himself in the world of strength, managing a hardcore gym and learning from experienced lifters. He worked with powerlifters, athletes, and more, from observer to coach. Interning at a D1 University and training world record holders expanded his knowledge. Josh achieved milestones like a 600-pound raw bench press and winning Strongest Man in America. Training diverse clients at Metroflex Gym, he grew his reach through online coaching, bestselling books, and popular training programs. Additionally, Josh developed personal training certification courses and currently hosts seminars worldwide.

Today, Josh creates the strongest individuals, helping them become their best selves while assisting tactical athletes.

The TYAO application is NOW open (linked in bio).

💡Applications will close on August 11th.

When invitations are sent out, the exact dates will be announced to those who get selected.

Each event is open to 4-6 attendants over two days, including a deep dive into your training's technical, mental, and physical aspects.

Rather than posting a host of testimonials, I am posting the one post-event metric that's the best indicator of value. Close to 90% felt the event was worth more, or far more, than their investment, and not one thought it was worth less.

This event is for you if you want to take your training to the next level.

A couple years ago I did one of our most popular podcasts, The conjugate Method. The podcast we posted today used the same format to breakdown the Max Effort Method & Methods of Max Effort.

How I put this together was by looking at all the past content on the subject, reading all the comments asking for clarification… and then covered it all in this podcast plus more.

The second half of this podcast was for the Table Talk “Crew Cast”. This section (not posted) was a deeper QA on application and specifically addressing weak points crew members posted.
We also created a 70 page crew cast ebook for them.

I believe both of these combined is over three hours on The Max Effort Method.

The first objective was to clear up confusion. The second objective was to create a resource that can be pointed as the original conjugate method Podcast has become.

I should note - and noted in the podcast. This method is NOT exclusive to conjugate training. It’s part of ALL training programs where maximal strength is part of the desired outcome.

There are a number of training considerations that must be taken into account when utilizing these methods and that was the biggest take away of this podcast.

The Public video is the most comprehensive content I’ve ever created on this method and it will provide value for anyone training for strength.

A huge thank you to our show sponsors and crew members. THIS is the type of content I’ve wanted to do and you all helped provide the resources to get to a place where we could do it.

As the crews and sponsors grow, we will do bigger and better things.
