I've been feeling a lot of heaviness in my heart.

Friends have asked me to explain why exactly, and when I do, I always seem to fall short.

For me, it's seeing hate, cruelty, and death in the wars in Ukraine and Middle East, it's being attacked online more & more, it's constantly falling short from being the kind of man I want to be, it's the frequent reminder that life ends too quickly...

I know that a lot of people are struggling too, and are also not always able to find the words that fully capture why.

I just want to say that we're in it together.

2024 is going to be intense. Buckle up. Major wars, presidential elections, rapid progress of AI, etc.
We got this. Humans are amazing. Let truth & compassion prevail.
