Building Cloud projects is the most practical way to improve your skills

- You expose yourself to technical problems
- You are forced to generate ideas
- You need to debug and figure things out

The process will make you feel uncomfortable, but that's how you learn

AWS has hundreds of services, but it's the same core services that are common on most architectures I have worked on at different client projects.

• VPC: A virtual network dedicated to your AWS account.

• IAM: Manages access to AWS services and resources.

• EC2: Scalable computing capacity in the AWS cloud.

• Lambda: Runs code in response to events serverlessly.

• CloudWatch: Monitors AWS resources and applications.

• S3: Scalable storage in the cloud.

• CloudFront: A fast content delivery network.

• DynamoDB: A fast and flexible NoSQL database service.

Focus on these services when getting started with AWS.

AWS's global infrastructure is like a power grid for the internet, ensuring cloud services are always available worldwide.

AWS Regions are independent power stations serving specific areas, each with multiple Availability Zones - individual power generators with redundant power, networking, and connectivity.

This design allows AWS to provide resilient services to businesses, ensuring they can run their systems at scale without interruption

Building Cloud skills is only half the journey.

Making them known is the other, visibility is key.

Share your projects, contribute to discussions, and showcase your newfound knowledge.

A skill that's seen is a skill that can open doors.
