This game is made by Massive Entertainment, who are making Star Wars Outlaws. Could be a sign of things to come! Thank you to everyone who showed support for the gaming channel as the first video on Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is approaching 100k views which is just insane for a brand new channel. Thanks guys!

- ANNOUNCEMENT - 

Alright, guys. 

As many of you know, Star Wars games are in a completely miserable place and we haven't posted here in 6 months as a result. I do still have plans to bring this channel back with the release of Star Wars Outlaws, but that is still some time away. So, although we will be making a comeback in 2024, I still plan to be very busy until then. 

As some of you may know, I have another channel called Movie Overload which has been successful over the past year. My love for gaming is still there, and TheOzzyJedi channel is just not an outlet for me to express that right now given the state of Star Wars games. So I have created a new channel called Game Overload linked here  https://www.youtube.com/@GameOverloadMO 

This channel will feature in-depth analysis/video essays on some of your favorite games (including Star Wars games). I have a big video on the recent Spider-Man 2 game dropping in the next couple of days, with plenty more on the way. So, it would be incredible if you could check the channel out and subscribe. The OzzyJedi channel like I said will return in 2024 with the release of Star Wars Outlaws, as well as random streams here on YouTube. 

I hate that Star Wars games are in such a dead place right now, but I'm incredibly excited for the future!

- Important Channel Update -

Hey guys. So 2023 on YouTube for this channel despite altering my approach for its betterment, as well as yours and my own, has been abysmal in terms of video performance.

Several of my previous videos have been my worst performing videos in the channels history (including the channels first few videos) which has left me at a bit of a crossroads with this channel. As some of you know I have another channel that has eclipsed this one in the past 12 months so financially I have no issue. Creatively on the other hand, I’m almost at the point where I want to leave the channel behind. 

I could cover Battlefront 2 retrospectively and pull more views than covering a brand new game (Outlaws/Survivor) which just confuses me to be honest. At this point I have complete and total creator block when it comes to this channel and honestly, I don’t know where to try and take it. This channel has opened up pathways to incredible things, but I feel like the past year it’s been stuck in place and is now in free fall despite Star Wars games being on the up. 

Just wanted to vent my thoughts on the state of the channel and ask for your feedback, as this is as much my channel as it is yours. Sorry for the lengthy read, but things have gotten to the point where I’m almost considering stepping back and putting full focus into my other channel.

Ubisoft just announced their Open World Star Wars game! It’s coming in 2024 and will be called Star Wars Outlaws. Gonna have a couple videos over the next week talking about this! What do you guys think? 

Currently working on one of my biggest videos in a long, long time. At face value, it seems like a landslide comparison, but I think you'd be surprised how close the games are in terms of story and characters when you really break it down. I was very surprised at the hidden quality within both games when I really dove deep. Can't wait for you guys to see this video, probably the best in a couple years on this channel!
