I have been doing all the work on MLST myself in my spare time, and it's starting to become all-consuming and unmanageable. The amount of time spent video editing in particular means we have a large backlog to work through and it's hindering our scale-up. 

I am interested in hiring a full-time or part-time video and podcast editor. Requirements:

* Very high interest in ML/AI/Math/Philosophy and MLST
* Experience with storyboarding 
* Expert in Davinci resolve including sound, fusion and grading
* High Python proficiency and working knowledge of LLMs like GPT-4
* Manim experience highly desirable
* iZoTope and audio engineering experience highly desirable
* Motion graphics design highly desirable
* Very powerful editing machine and very fast internet connection

To be clear, we want someone who is already really competent at this and can produce professional-level Veritasium-style content which wouldn't look out of place on broadcast media - so please don't apply if you don't have examples of working at or not a million miles from this level already. Hey folks, what do you think about the "atmospheric" music on MLST shows? Do you love it, hate it? It's hard to optimise for podcast and YouTube at the same time. I think when done right it adds a lot to the YouTube experience at least. We are trying to achieve something slightly experiential/dramatic and Netflix-like (on our special edition shows, at least). Any comments or advice appreciated. Please vote and comment!
