"Masuerte" Office Space for Lease in Commonwealth, Quezon City The first and second floor of the "Dean & Kings Building" in Barangay Holy Spirit, Diliman, Commonwealth, Quezon City has been lucky for our businesses and NGO when we were actively using it for over 10 years now. But before covid hit town in 2019, I decided to push through with my long-time plan to go on retirement, thus ending our public relations (PR), political strategy and campaign consultancy operations at the D&K Building. When covid struck, we also decided to totally abandon the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors residential areas; and moved up to our highlands place to escape from covid. Since then, the first floor has been rented out; and the second floor was kept for use by our family NGO. Now, even the NGO is moving out to be closer to my daughter's place south of Manila; and so we are finally renting out the second floor for office space lessees.
