Thinking about running a freelance graphic design competition, best design gets like $150 from me. Would be for merch that I want to start selling on this channel, basically a cool/funny logo for mugs, caps, shirts, that kind of thing. If I did this would you participate? And do you think $150 would be fair for the one designer I end up hiring for the project?
