The best thing about art(and in our case, cinema) is that a single piece of work can have million different interpretations and opinions. Each of us *experiences* a film differently, and from the difference of opinion there stems the spark of discussion. As for Malaikottai Vaaliban, while the grand ambition of the filmmaker cannot be denied, it didn't work for me personally. But I've been reading all of your comments on my video and it's amazing to see how so many of you are vouching for the film so passionately with such great points and I've probably enjoyed the comments more than the film itself. Also loved our very own @NonaPrince 's views on it and I'm glad he liked it. If you liked the film too, you'll find plenty to relate with his video(if you haven't watched it already) Long live cinema. https://youtu.be/vXQ9PKy_Eck?si=DdGQO...
