There’s no Harry’s Garage video today as my next video is a drive review of the new Lotus Emira. But driving impressions are still embargoed until midday on Tuesday, so I’m having to wait until then before making my video review live.

No new Harry's Garage at 5pm today I'm afraid but there is a new Harry's Farm video, which is over of my other channel if you fancy a look at what's happening on the farm at the moment. 

Alternatively, you could watch my most recent Harry's Garage video on Gordon Murray's new V12 supercar, the T.33, which I thought was pretty special and a different take on the 'Supercar' compared to what the more established brands are launching right now. 

Normal business should prevail next Sunday, with a new Harry's Garage video going live at the normal time of 5pm. See you then! 

Very different Harry's Garage video today, which is part one of a series of three videos I've christened the  'Jaguar Project Euro tour'.

This first video kicks off with a trip to the old pit lane at Reims and then on to the Beaujolais wine region in central France. I visit a Beaujolais Nouveau producer and then join the Beaujolais team at the fireworks celebration for the release of this year's BN. It's a different type of Harry's Garage video and I'll be interested to see how it's received. 

Part 2 and 3 will be more regular type Harry's Garage videos and will appear in a few days time..

I thought I should let you know a bit more about today's video (set to go live at 5pm) as it's a slightly longer video than normal at 37mins but I decided not to edit it down because it's basically three videos in one. 

Part one is me discussing Lotus design with Russell Carr (Director of Lotus Design) inside the design studio and he gave me an insight into how the Emira came about and some of the challenges he faced in getting the car he wanted through into production.

Part two is me going out on track in a Lotus Emira V6 manual development car with chassis and dynamics engineer, Dan Peck. They were 'hot' laps and I think give the best indication yet of how this car is going to sound and drive when production starts springtime next year.

Part three is me speccing my Emira in Lotus's configuring suite at Hethel. I expect my car to arrive with me in April/May next year and after watching this video, I'm sure you'll understand why I'm more excited than ever about its arrival.

I'm busy editing down a new Harry's Farm video at the moment (which should go live later today) but at 5pm on Harry's Garage there's a new video going live on the Honda Civic Type R Sport Line. 
Now having owned the GR Yaris for a bit, I was keen to see if the Civic Type R was potentially a more practical GR Yaris rival and because Honda has just released a Sport Line version, with 'calmer' exterior styling, this was the perfect excuse to get one booked in.

A Toyota GR Yaris arrived in Harry's Garage back in March and as soon as it appeared, I've been sharing the driving with my son, Charlie. So for this first longterm report, I thought it would be fun if we shared our experiences of running the GR Yaris from a father and son point of view; it is father's day after all!

Pleased to report a new HG video on the Arctic Rolls will go live 5pm today. More work has been carried out over the past couple of weeks and I think the Shad is looking a whole lot better now, which isn't hard considering what it looked like before they started!

We did another Silverstone Auction Preview on Friday and I've set the resultant video to go live at 4pm today, rather than 6pm. This auction has all sorts of classic cars and bikes going under the hammer, ranging all the way from a McLaren P1 through to a lovely one-owner from new, 1999 Lotus Elise. There's also a dedicated motorbike auction and I've featured a few of those in this preview too. I hope you enjoy the tour! 

The two rebuilds I'm undertaking currently are cracking on at a serious pace at the moment and today's video is all about the Jaguar V12 engine rebuild. I'd never seen inside a Jaguar V12 before but engine guru, Tom Lenthall is doing the rebuild and in this video he gives us a guide to what's going on with my engine rebuild, as well as a look at the Lister Le Mans 7-litre XJS he currently working on too. Video goes live at 6pm tonight and it's a good one 😉
