We can say with full confidence that a video like this does not exist on the internet... until now.

Two years ago, we had the pleasure of meeting with Alpago Group, and within their holding companies, we came across F1rst Motors: a luxury car dealership and showroom that has surpassed industry standards, standing proud as a source of inspiration for the rest of the world.

Their portfolio includes the likes of Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce, McLaren, and that’s just scratching the surface.

We know that only a select few can afford these cars, but what drew us to F1rst Motors is their passion for making these cars available for everyone to enjoy. They have a showroom equipped with 60 staff, open to the public from the opening to closing of the doors, allowing their community to come, grab coffee, take pictures, meet other car enthusiasts, and leave with a positive impact on their life goals.

From seeing their showroom worth $100 million in 2022, today they have more than doubled their inventory, with an inventory of over $250 million in their cars.

This is something you don’t see every day, and we know it’s not easy for many to travel to Dubai to see this beautiful fleet; that’s why we filmed a video that takes you through EVERYTHING.

We don’t just walk you through the cars. We sit down with the CEO, learn about the process of acquiring these cars, the upkeep, and of course, the team having some fun along the way.

This whole experience has been incredible, and it’s safe to say I’m excited to see what the future holds for F1rst Motors. We always say this is just the beginning, but trust me when I say they have something on the table that the world is not ready for.

"It’s the city of angels, and it’s where dreams come true…”

Located off the Sunset Strip, which could be considered the soul and heartbeat of Los Angeles, the Californication home brings a sense of innovation and inspiration to whoever is fortunate enough to enter it.

The holistic structure of the house represents an incredible team that came together to bring their ideas to life and the visionaries at Discovalente knew this had to be the best and ultimately serve as a second installment of their Sunset Islands development.

With elements like Japanese Shou Sugi Ban raked wood, Arabian Black slate, Brazilian green jade onyx, and Roman titanium travertine, this home not only represents different cultures of the world but invites you to truly immerse yourself and feel drawn to touch everything the eye can see.

Lake Geneva, renowned for its pristine water, opulent riches, and global political significance, is a destination many have heard of, but recently, the team and I had the chance to experience it first hand as our journey took us there. 

Nestled between France and Switzerland, on the outskirts of the quaint village of Excenevex, Villa Bellevue unfolds like a page from a fairy tale. The vibrant colors of the flowerbeds and hues of blue from the lake blend into the sky as it tucks behind the snow-capped mountaintops. Elegance is heightened with the incredibly rare car collection in the motor court, accompanied by an abundance of history as you start to dissect the residence itself.

Constructed in the early 1900s under the patronage of a French commander, Villa Bellevue stands as a testament to architectural splendor. Impeccably maintained by its current owner, the exterior design has been preserved to its original charm, while the interior represents a contemporary feel while paying respect to the original architectural details and finishes. 

Situated just 30 minutes outside the estate gates is the town of Geneva, a key focal point in the narration of this episode. The city stands as a testament to the relationship between wealth and culture while maintaining a connection with global power and peace. And we can’t forget its significance in the watch making world.  

As we wrapped up our time on this tour, the echoes of Geneva's cultural significance and the splendor of Villa Bellevue continue to linger in our minds. 

It’s not just a destination but an embodiment of refined living, where every detail reveals a piece of a story that transcends the boundaries of time.

A home is considered a sanctuary for some and a place of innovation for others; for SAOTA, they believe the two can exist in harmony.

SAOTA, an architectural firm founded by Stefan Antoni, has garnered admiration worldwide for its innovative designs. We had the privilege of flying to South Africa to not only capture one of their projects but also reside in Stefan's personal haven – the "Beyond" Villa.

The Beyond residence is a testament to Stefan's childhood aspirations of living in the Clifton Beach area. "The ultimate dream was always Clifton, a remarkable, unique area along this entire coastline, in fact, all of South Africa, and indeed the world as far as I’m concerned”.

While studying a home provides insights into construction processes and material selection, experiencing it is a different reality. Stefan insisted the team and I stay in his residence because there is no other way to grasp the feeling the home invokes than actually living in it.

Our firsthand experience revealed the profound impact of the surrounding nature on the home, influencing not only its design but also everyday living. Nestled among Cape Town's breathtaking views, including the Twelve Apostles, Lions Head, and the iconic Table Mountain, one truly embraces the natural elements. Bedrooms were meticulously designed with stone flooring to mimic the texture of walking on sand. A steel staircase, spanning five levels, unveils the main living space with a garden and fireplace, creating an environment where laughter, lighthearted conversations, and the presence of generations of South African art foster a deep connection between humans and culture.

Over the past few years, our understanding and appreciation of design and architecture have grown, offering a clearer perspective on how these spaces profoundly affect human life. Stefan's ability to frame concepts of sustainability and permanence as primary values resonates in the minds of those who visit for years to come.

The Beyond Villa marks the completion of our 3 part-video series in South Africa, and we couldn't be happier with the final project. Stefan and his team executed an incredible job bringing his vision to life. If you have the time, we recommend watching the video not only for entertainment but also to hopefully invoke a sense of inspiration to step out of your comfort zone and push the boundaries in living both inside and outside the home.

Zero Two, the second home in the MariSol Zero Series, is a Hawaiian-inspired estate situated on 2 acres and serves as a testament to the fact that luxury and sustainability can coexist in harmony. The entire construction of the home emitted 39% less CO2e compared to your typical build and has a 42% reduction in concrete emissions.

Aside from the eco-friendly construction, the home boasts a plethora of amenities including a California Redwood sauna and steam shower, tennis court, fruit orchard, a Dolby Atmosphere theater, and much more.

The Pengilly residence, known as the Iron Man Residence, has achieved global acclaim for its innovative architectural design, fusing modernist principles with natural elements. A decade ago, the Pengilly family embarked on a journey to create a home inspired by the iconic John Lautner while harmonizing with Cape Town's natural surroundings.

The two-year design phase, followed by a four-year construction period, brought forth a residence that seamlessly melds architecture with the art of living, following Lautner's vision. The house's core material, concrete, interacted harmoniously with the environment, embodying the concept of bringing the outdoors inside. This vision is realized through a carefully selected palette of materials, including Brazilian rosewood, copper, concrete, and terrazzo.

The Iron Man Residence is not only a beacon of innovation but also an embodiment of architectural beauty. It challenges conventional norms and encourages limitless innovative ideas.

Moreover, the work of "In Residence," led by founder Pieter Brundyn, takes the residential experience to new heights by seamlessly integrating hospitality services. Travel arrangements, 24/7 concierge staff, private chefs, and a host of amenities redefine luxury living at their global locations.

This remarkable architectural gem in Cape Town stands as a testament to the city's beauty. The Iron Man home, captured in a legacy video, hopefully has left a lasting impression on our viewers, thanks to the generosity of In Residence and Team Gullan. It inspires us to continuously explore new frontiers in architectural excellence. 

It's remarkable how much can change in just a few short years. 

Our journey began at the 2021 Monaco Yacht Show as passionate enthusiasts, driven by the desire to forge connections and capture the essence of these remarkable vessels on film. Our goal was to establish a stronger foothold within the yachting industry.

As the 2022 show unfolded, we found ourselves achieving an incredible milestone – having the most-viewed yacht walkthrough video on YouTube featuring Tatiana. This accomplishment fueled our eagerness to enrich our portfolio, featuring more boats, collaborating with manufacturers and brokerages, and strengthening our ties within the industry.

Fast-forward to 2023, and our objectives have undergone a profound transformation. Our business model has shifted from a high-volume approach to an exclusive one, with a singular mission to present only the most exquisite offerings to our audience.

One serendipitous aspect of our work lies in the exceptional access it grants us to the world of design, engineering, manufacturing, and development – a privilege very hard to come by. Our mission is primarily focused on sharing these insights with you, our valued audience. 

This is why, over the past year, we've become exceedingly selective in our content choices – a trend we plan to maintain and am sure you have picked up on. That's precisely why this year, our focus was on capturing the essence of a single vessel, a small glimpse of which you may have seen on Instagram if you've been following along.

The construction of a mega yacht is a monumental endeavor, one that often stretches beyond the bounds of imagination for most.

The idea of a 1,722 gross ton 263 foot steel hull navigating the great oceans, consisting of 5 levels while seamlessly combining some of the worlds best amenities and finishes of this caliber, is a marvel that humbles the mind. The team at Bilgin Yacht over the last 4 years, with 500+ employees, worked tirelessly to bring one of the most exquisite yachts to sea. 

As someone who has a deep appreciation for the yachting world, our 2 days onboard this vessel truly left me speechless. Bilgin Yacht not only carved the path for me with Tatiana, hull #1 from their 263 foot series, but our walkthrough video quickly became the most viewed yacht tour in the world. 2 Years later, Bilgin entrusted us once again with their latest masterpiece. 

We want to take the opportunity to congratulate Bilgin Yacht for the build, H2 Yacht Design for the interior design, and Unique Yacht Design for the exterior and naval architecture. We feel incredibly honored for the opportunity to collaborate with fellow countrymen on a project as exceptional as M/Y LEONA and bring a tour for the world to see how Turkiye is breaking the boundaries within the yachting world.
