it’s that social media is not a real place. You will find so many people acting out of character because they are behind a screen.

If you’re a content creator or even just someone who creates content for fun, post and then put your phone down. Don’t scroll endlessly! 

Unless you’re genuinely connecting with your friends, community, or building your business, don’t get too caught up in the social media world.

You’ll find some truly genuine people here, but you will also find fake and attention-hungry people, so be mindful of the content you’re consuming. ❤️👊🏾

If you’re reading this & you’re currently on a fitness journey I need you to be happy with the small changes you’re making along the way. 

I still have that stubborn lower belly fat but I’m happy with the fact I can visibly see it has reduced. 

All the small wins count, so don’t feel discouraged because you haven’t made a CRAZY 2 week transformation like you see all over social media…

Be proud of yourself because you’ve come a long way!👊🏾💯❤️
