World News Report Today Was Given A Strike For A Video that the YouTube Algo approved and was then marked "yellow" or limited adds which I promptly erased.  I received a strike for a video not even posted to YouTube.  You can not make this stuff up.  I removed the video and even the individual that reviewed it did not say I broke any guidelines but again I removed it anyway to make sure I was good with YouTube.  They struck me for a video not even up....  Please see us on our backup channel while we work this out with YouTube (World News Report) and please tweet @YouTube and let them know they can not strike a video I removed?  Makes no sense..
