10 years ago, back when I was just starting out as a call center agent, I would have killed for an app that not only enhances English fluency but also helps me practice mock calls and job interviews anytime, anywhere, with realistic scenarios. No more paying for a one-on-one tutor. No more boring sessions of memorizing how each English word sounds.

With ELSA Speak app - Premium package, you can access all the useful tools that help improve all sides of your English speaking and communication skills, from basic to advanced. You can practice the Shadowing technique (listening, mimicking, recording) with great ease and efficiency on ELSA Speak. Have a job interview coming up or need to practice mock calls but have no partner? ELSA AI has got you covered. With UNLIMITED role-play scenarios, you can practice ANY job interview question and even ask for interview tips and sample answers. You can also come up with any customer service scenario and tailor it down to the tiniest detail. Not just that, with this package, you can also access ELSA Speech Analyzer to practice long, free speeches and get in-depth feedback from the world's top 5 A.I.

Now that I have reliable internet and electricity, I'm considering organizing live group sessions on Skype or Zoom. The goal is to improve communication skills, simulate job interviews, and practice mock calls. Initially, these sessions will be free as I refine my workflow, but I may develop a paid course if I believe it could offer more value than my free videos. What are your thoughts? Suggestions?

I haven't been uploading for a while now. We've been busy relocating to a new house and creating content for my other channel. But I'm back now and starting to cook up new ideas for call center videos. In the meantime, here's a video of what I've been up to the past few months.

Heeeey! I'll be doing a Q&a video. Ask me ANYTHING in the comment section and I'll answer all of it in my next video. No exception. (I'll try anyway.)🤷‍♂️😉

It's amazing how much you can improve in a year if you just take that single first step.
