REQUEST! Over the last few years I've been sent quite a few folding phone customer service horror stories. Due to the fragility of these devices, lack of faith in the warranty service is an even larger concern. What I need from you guys on this are stories. I need both positive and negative stories about Google, Samsung and OnePlus. Rather than just commenting here please send an email to shane@scaryifliteral.com with the subject line "Customer Service Story." Be as detailed as you can be with dates and so forth, but please don't expose any personal information. I also want to know how the phone broke. What I aim to do with this is make a video where I go through all three OEMs and I tell one positive story and then one negative story. My aim is to make people aware of the risks with these phones while not sensationalizing the story. In a perfect world, I could gather really detailed data about all three and then we would just know which OEM is handling things better, but that is likely impossible. If I can get some good information this way I think I can somewhat do the topic justice. Thanks!
