عيد مبارك لكل إخواننا وأخواتنا.  حتى في يوم العيد هذا ، لم ينس أحد منا معاناة إخواننا الفلسطينيين.  احتفلت برشلونة بهذا العيد بطريقة هادئة ومحترمة برفع الأعلام الفلسطينية وارتداء الكوفية كرمز للنضال.  يجب أن يكون هذا اليوم يوم فرح وسلام ، لكن إخواننا الفلسطينيين يموتون تحت القصف.  الهجوم على فلسطين يؤثر علينا جميعًا.  احتفل وكن سعيدًا ولكن لا تنس أبدًا جذورك والدين الذي جئت من أجله إلى هذا العالم.

Eid Mubarak to all our brothers and sisters.  Even on this feast day, none of us have forgotten the suffering of our Palestinian brothers.  Barcelona celebrated this Eid in a calm and respectful way by raising Palestinian flags and wearing the keffiyeh as a symbol of struggle.  This day should be a day of joy and peace, but our Palestinian brothers are dying under the bombs.  The attack on Palestine affects us all.  Celebrate and be happy but never forget your roots and the religion you came into this world for.

Ramadan Mubarak to our sisters and brothers.
Also this year we are far from our families and our community and we are in a country, Guatemala, where the Muslim communities still have a few dozen people.
However, we don't stop thanking God for what we have.

Three years together. Three years of love, wonderful moments, difficult choices. 
Three years that tell a love story born by chance on a July day.
