We're sure you've probably heard the news about the global crypto crash, and the craziness that's going on in the industry right now. There's a lot happening, but what we're here to address right now is the news of FTX's seemingly imminent total collapse, and the possibility the entire company could (or in our opinion most likely will) go under. This is obviously something we felt we should address, considering FTX was previously a sponsor of this YouTube channel.

So here are the facts:

FTX was a sponsor of this channel for a few months earlier this year. However, due to creative differences relating to the content on this channel, we didn't continue working with them. If we are correct, our last sponsorship insert with FTX was on the 9th of June this year. To clarify, we didn't cease working with FTX because we saw any issues with the service: it was simply due to it becoming more difficult for FTX to be integrated into our content.

We want to be clear that we never saw any red flags in FTX being a sponsor of this channel. We personally began using FTX before they approached us for sponsorship, and we still were using FTX up until the last moment: we have (or likely HAD, because we probably have no hope of recovering any funds we may have had there) active accounts with both FTX US and its International app. Accounts that we (as with almost everyone else) likely can't withdraw from anymore.

On this note, we have removed most (hopefully all) previous mentions to FTX from our earlier content, and our previous videos. However, this is not to hide the fact we ever worked with FTX, it's simply to avoid giving the company any additional press, or to send any more exposure or traffic to FTX. We are not in any way attempting to hide the fact that FTX previously sponsored this channel - just like you, there's no way we could have predicted the future and foreseen that FTX would experience these issues today.

In answer to a few comments on our channel, no: we won't be making a video to address what's happening with FTX. This will be our only statement on the matter.

EDIT/ADDITION: We think it's important to address the fact that we're just one YouTube channel. Yes, we did our due diligence,  and didn't see any red flags. But so did dozens of massive investors and multinational investment firms, some who have billions in resources, and that put billions investing into FTX. If they didn't see red flags, you can understand how we, with our phenomenally smaller resources, didn't either.
