🎙️ Moving Live Streams

As a test, I'm going to be moving live streams to " @expelplus " for the meantime. I've found that YouTube categorizes my content in some weird ways when I'm livestreaming multiple times a week on "Expel" and I don't want that to hold us back. I recognize a lot of you can't watch without the streams being on YouTube, and I think this could be the best solution.

With the move to "Expel+" for livestreams, that opens up the main channel a bit for us to really start focusing in on content similar to that posted in December / January. I really enjoyed making that style, and while I may switch it up just a tiny bit, I really want to get back to producing good content. I want to bring back some challenge content, and some other stuff I can't speak on publicly. The goal is to tell a story. If I have content based on tips, it will end up on another channel because that splits my audience.

📝 Final Notes

I realize this is the third time in a few months I've made changes, but I'm trying to keep y'all updated so you know where to find my videos. It's been a whole boat load of testing this year, and my reasoning is because I want to ensure the future of "Expel" is bright, and you all have something to watch every day from me. I appreciate the understanding, and I really hope you choose to follow my streams to my second channel. As for now, it will be on the same schedule, just on "Expel+"

🎙️ Livestreams:
As you all may know, I've taken it upon myself to begin editing down my YouTube livestreams into shorter, more palatable VODs for the channel. In the past, you all have had "Expel Uncut," but this year, I've been testing some different approaches, and for the time being, this is one I'm really liking. 

As time goes on, I'll probably put a bit more effort into these edits, but I think - for now - I'll likely just stick to picking the 1 - 2 gameplays I like, those that fit the livestream content idea, and edit down the VODs to those specifically.

I'd like to take note, you're still able to watch the entire streams on Twitch, as I multi-stream this content on both websites.

📷 Edited Content:
If you've been a bit confused as to the edited content schedule, I have too. I'll cover that in just a moment. However, I've decided to sit down and really figure out how I want to do things, and I've come up with a couple things to make securing, editing, and posting this content a bit easier.

First, I will be doing my best to not pull any content from livestreams. Seeing as those are being edited down to that content anyway, it doesn't make sense to have two of the same videos on my channel. I know you all don't want to watch a full, unedited version, only to watch it with some edits and music. Some of you are cool with it, but seeing comments like, "I've already seen this, and liked it the second time as well," while heartwarming, assures me this is the right play.

Secondly, I'm going to put more of a focus into Gameplay Tip Content. This means, if you're trying to get better at Warzone 3, I'm going to be giving you all the value I can to ensure you're able to pull that off. The idea of these videos is to speak on Tips while I'm recording, then, in post, explain a bit further on some areas that may not have been clear enough, or weren't touched on during the live gameplay.

If you haven’t heard from my recent videos, I’m taking a short break due to having Sinus Surgery on July 25th. Sadly, it’s just how the cookie crumbled, but my doctor thinks I’m doing very well.

Hopefully we can get back to regularly scheduled content as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone that’s been commenting well wishes. I can’t stress how appreciative I am to have you all in my corner. Looking forward to continuing to create the best content I can.

I've been a bit quiet as to why my content has slowed, but I assure you, it's for a good reason. Let me explain:

Recently, if you haven't heard, I let go of my editors to take on all content editing myself. While neither of them did anything wrong, and I wish them the best, I needed to do this for me. I have plans on going a bit further in-depth in a later video, but the gist is, I need to be more hands-on with my content. I feel, as of late, my content has gotten lack-luster, and because of that, I'm focused fully on creating the best videos possible.

With that said, of course there's been a lack of content on the channel. However, it's because I'm creating the highest quality videos possible, and that's taking me 1-3 weeks per upload. I do have a video coming out on Tuesday, which should be VERY helpful, but until then, and on any other day, I have to recommend my second channel,  @expelplus . On that channel, I upload daily, and it's basically the same content you were seeing on the main, but with less trimming.

I apologize for taking a different direction with my content, but when I look back in the years to come, I want to know that I put everything I could into my craft. If you all would, I'd appreciate you sticking around. The content coming to the channel is going to be very focused on value for YOU. I'm diving head-first into Warzone Bootcamp content, and even have plans for quite a few future videos.

Like I said at the beginning, these things take time, especially if the quality is going to match the video idea. I'm tired of using clickbait, I'm tired of giving lackluster videos, and most importantly, I'm tired of not sharing videos I'm less than proud of.

Thanks for sticking with me through this learning period. I'm hoping to take the channel to new heights, and can't wait to have you all riding along with me on the way. 

I’m leaving Warzone…

for 3 weeks while Brooke and I travel Europe! We’re going to the British Isles and a few other countries, but in the meantime, there will be plenty of content on both of my channels!

With that said, I’ve started a new Insta (  @corbinrhymer  ) focused around traveling and personal projects, but we also have a shared one dedicated to our adventures together (  @brookeandcorbin  ).
