Announcing Huberman Lab Premium and a scientific research fund.

First off, we will continue to post our usual Monday podcast episodes. They will not be shortened or adjusted in any way.

Many people have reached out, however, to find out how they can have their specific questions about specific topics related to mental and physical health and performance answered in-depth/detail.

We have therefore launched Huberman Lab Premium which will offer monthly “Ask Me Anything” (AMAs) episodes where I will answer the questions of premium subscribers. In addition, the premium channel will feature 1-2 unique clips on specific tools each month. Premium subscribers will also have access to transcripts from our weekly episodes and the AMA episodes (coming soon).

Proceeds from Huberman Lab Premium will support the main Huberman Lab Podcast and fund scientific research (on humans, not animal models) at Stanford and Stanford Medicine.

The Tiny Foundation has generously agreed to do a 1-to-1 match on all funds raised for scientific research.

We will be sharing the amount of funds put into research and information on the specific findings of that research as well. We will be emphasizing science that stands to develop tools that can be rapidly communicated to the public for their benefit.

The cost to join the Huberman Lab premium channel is $10 per month or $100 for an entire year.

Huberman Lab Live Events: Almost Sold Out

As many of you may have heard, I'm hosting two live events next week—one in Seattle, Washington, on May 17 and one in Portland, Oregon, on May 18.

I'm very excited for these initial events because they will be the first time I get to connect in person with you, the listeners of the Huberman Lab Podcast.

Given that these two events are soon to sell out, I wanted to let you know today if you're interested but have yet to buy a ticket. Tickets can be found here: https://hubermanlab.com/tour

For those in other cities or who are otherwise unable to attend, we will soon be announcing the other cities on this 2022 tour.

I hope to see you soon, and as always, thank you for your interest in science!

Best wishes,
Andrew

After listening to this week's episode, my conversation with Dr. David Spiegel, some of you might be curious what a clinical hypnosis session looks like. For that reason, we had Dr. Spiegel hypnotize me. A clip of that hypnosis session can be found here. As always, thank you for your interest in science!
