Attention Tacoma enthusiasts! @toyotausa has some exciting news to share with us. The Trailhunter concept, which was unveiled at the 2022 SEMA Show, will soon become a reality! The latest announcement from Toyota suggests that the Trailhunter will be launched alongside the new Tacoma, and it looks like the vehicles will be purpose-built for outdoor expeditions, designed in-house by Toyota's engineering teams to meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and reliability.

Equipped with specialized components and accessories, these Trailhunter trucks and SUVs will provide an OEM overlanding solution that will take your off-the-grid adventures to the next level. And if the recent picture is anything to go by, it seems like ARB products will be included with this new option! The Trailhunter badge will represent the vehicle's bona fide credentials as a highly functional and purpose-built overlanding rig.

There's something else to keep in mind: Based on the headlights and body lines, it looks like the new Tacoma will look exactly like the leaked pictures from the Brazilian patent office.
