It's gonna be filled with a buncha sound editing/sound redesigning stuff that I do. I'll probably highlight sound design from series other than JoJo there too. Basically, it's a channel to dump all my excess sound design related thoughts lol Check it out if you can, I'd definitely appreciate it!

Hey guys, long time no see! and no, I'm not dead lol

So I know people are wondering where the sound design videos are at and I just wanted to assure that they're coming. However, I'm gonna be waiting until they release on blu ray for the highest quality audio + no ghosting/dimming & other corrections. I have no idea when they'll start coming out, sadly, but I'm hoping they will start to when it begins airing in Japan on TV. 

I definitely can't wait to because man, there's some great stuff there (Stone Free, Jumpin' Jack Flash, Kiss, ect). Anyways yeah, hold out until then lol 

I'm sure you've all seen it by now but...STONE OCEAN CONFIRMED, LET'S GOOOOOOOO! I can't wait to finally start uploading more frequently again once it comes out.

I've noticed people asking if I had one from time to time and I've been meaning to make one. I have no clue how much I'll actually use it since I never really used twitter before but yeah. If you ever wanna talk jojo, sound design, or whatever else in a more direct fashion (I guess?), I'll see you there.

A bunch of people have been asking where I get my sound effects ever since I started doing those sound design concepts and redubs. I've basically been ripping them directly from various anime Yasumasa Koyama has worked on (jojo, fire force, dr. stone, ect.) and managed to amass a collection of 853 sound effects so far. Quite a few people asked if I could put up a download for them as well and yeah, here you guys go. I may put up a video just so more people see it, too. 

Just a couple of notes:

1. I gotta stress that these aren't made by me. They're from Yasumasa Koyama. Credit is all his; I just put in the work to rip them. Make sure to credit him if you use them. 

2. These are ripped straight from anime so don't expect EVERY sound effect. I got as much as I possibly could. 

3. It's a bit of a mess of a collection. I haven't properly named a majority of them so that's why the file names look like nonsense. Also, a small few sound effects might have to be trimmed up or deleted. I was too lazy to do it myself heh

4. I still have plenty more to collect so this collection is incomplete. That's why you'll see some folders with very little in them. I'll probably do some updates, albeit slowly.

5. Feel free to send me why you guys do with them. I'd love to see what you can come up with. Share it around as well.

Hey just a heads up: we're getting two more Rohan OVA's December 8th. One of them is "The Run" and the other is "At a Confessional". I'm personally pretty excited for them. Especially "The Run" because it's some real goofy stuff. Look forward to some sound design highlights of them.

We only have ONE MORE WEEK until the finale of Part 5. Are you guys ready for the fated JoJo Sunday? Also, this is a repost because people pointed out I kinda spoiled a little because of the image despite saying "watch out spoilers". I would of just edited the original but for some reason you can't. Sorry about that guys; I glossed right over it. I've cropped the image to make it more ambiguous. Just out of curiosity: would you guys be interested in seeing Fire Force and Dr. Stone's sound design showcased in a similar fashion to what I do with jojo? I found out that both shows have the same sound director, Yoshikazu Iwanami, and they've been pretty solid so far. I'll still be primarily focused on jojo but I wanted to see what you guys thought about the idea. If I did do it, it would of course be on a completely separate channel. It's just an idea as of right now but I guess we'll see.

The first Diamond is Unbreakable blu ray set just dropped today! Who else picked it up and is hyped for a rewatch? I'm honestly excited to actually just sit down and watch it; absolutely no editing or anything. I haven't done that since it was first airing like 3 years ago. Every time I've seen it since then it was editing for sound design videos haha. Also it's still surreal finally getting Part 4 stuff in the west. After years of just Parts 1-3, it's really refreshing (like a new pair of underwear on new years day). I mean we technically got All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven but STILL. 


Yes that is a teaser in the background for POKER SOUND DESIGN. 

Hey guys, just a heads up for those that don't know: 
After next Friday, July 5th, we won't be getting any episodes until July 28th. I believe this is due to scheduling complications since a new season of anime is starting and JoJo lost its spot. However, we'll be getting a 1 hour special (aka the final episodes) on the 28th to make up for it. It's a shame but there's not much they can do about it. At least it gives them a little more time to polish up stuff and gives the animators some breathing room. This also explains why the last soundtrack, Finale, was delayed until August 14th.
