Just to clear up any possible confusing here's the complete ruleset for Runelocke.

Goal:
Defeat all bosses in Runescape.



Rules:
1) You are region locked until all available bosses in the region have been defeated
2) You must equip the first equippable items for each slot that you obtain. When you defeat a region all of your slots unlocked for the next item you find.


Exceptions:
1) If a quest is required to unlock a boss or item switches are required to defeat a boss than use of minimal equipment swapping is permitted.
2) Every 200 total level you unlock a reroll. These are single use and can be used to unlock a single equipment slot.

Notes -
Sometimes certain bosses might be locked behind quests that need certain regions unlocked. As soon as these quests can be completed the boss should be defeated. E.g.  if you have ‘defeated’ troll country but not completed desert treasure 2 you can skip Duke Succellus. As soon as Desert Treasure 2 is completed though you MUST defeat Duke Succellus before you can unlock any more regions.
Regions are counted as they are on the wiki - not as they are in Trailblazer league. This means that Troll Country and Asgarnia are separate.
