On February 6, 2024.
 A Japan Airlines Boeing 787-8  registration JA836J, performing flight JAL65 from San Diego International Airport (KSAN) to Tokyo Narita International Airport (RJAA) was taxiing for departure and was instructed to taxi via taxiways B, B8 and hold short of the runway at taxiway B8. But for some reasons the flight crew entered the runway via taxiway B10 without clearance. Meanwhile there was an aircraft on final approach flight DAL2287. The Tower air traffic controller instructed Delta 2287 to go around.

A Republic Airways Embraer E175LR registration N215JQ, performing flight RPA5842 from Boston Logan International Airport (KBOS) to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (KJFK) being on approach to Kennedy Airport, requested delay vectors, reported threat level 2 and requested law enforcement to meet them at the gate. Later the pilots reported that one passenger was threatening to jump out of the aircraft after landing.

An Endeavor Air Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-900 registration N320PQ, performing flight EDV4826 from Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ) to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (KJFK) during climb, about at 11000 feet, the pilots declared MAYDAY, reported electrical fire in the cockpit and requested immediate return to the airport of departure.

On January 30, 2024.
A possible near midair collision between an American Airlines Airbus A321NEO flight number AAL345 and an Air Canada Airbus A220 flight number ACA782 shortly after departing KLAX . Both aircraft departed runway 25R, with a 54 second interval. According to flight data, ACA782 filed the ORCKA5 departure procedure, while AAL345 filed the DOTTS2 departure procedure. ADS-B data shows a distance of 0.63nm laterally, and 568ft vertically, with both aircraft responded to RA's.

Due to the inability of the NAV approach instrument, the pilot performed an instrument approach to Runway 8 at Martinsburg Regional Airport (KMRB) using only an iPad, but it died. Therefore, the pilot had difficulty following ATC instructions, resulting in a difficult situation for both parties. The pilot encountered difficulties, but the professionalism of ATC was evident as they effectively managed the situation and gave effective instructions.

On January 20, 2024.
 An Amerijet International Boeing 767-300 registration N396CM, performing flight AJT461 from Philadelphia International Airport (KPHL) to Rzeszow/Jasionka Airport (EPRZ). 
 Shortly after departure reported engine problems, stopped climb at 3000 feet, requested return to Philadelphia and declared an emergency. The flight crew reported their intentions to do an overweight landing and requested the emergency trucks to wait them on the ground.

 A China Airlines Boeing 777-300ER registration B-18052, performing flight CAL012 from Taipei Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (RCTP) to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (KJFK) after landing on runway 31R was instructed to turn left on taxiway WW. The airplane turned left and stopped without report. Meanwhile an Air France Boeing 777-300ER registration F-GSQA, flight AFR008 from Paris Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport (LFPG) to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (KJFK) was about to land on runway 31R. The Tower controller noticed the problem and instructed Air France to go around.

On January 25, 2024.
 A Frontier Airlines Airbus A321-200, registration N701FR performing flight FFT4635 from Denver (KDEN) to Phoenix (KPHX) with 134 people on board, was in the initial climb out of Denver's runway 17L when the crew declared emergency reporting a left hand engine  fire indication and leveled off at 8000 feet. The aircraft returned to Denver, the crew reported on final approach they did not have any indication any more and advised they would vacate the runway and stop on the high speed turn off for a check by emergency services. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 17R about 20 minutes after departure.

January 22, 2024.
The Sydney Airport ute, driven by a security contractor, crashed into the Jetstar A320 aircraft while it was being towed to a gate at the domestic terminal.The crash trapped the driver and forced the plane, which had no passengers onboard, to be pulled from service.  
Jetstar was forced to cancel a number of flights, as three other planes were stuck behind the A320 following the crash. The crash resulted in a total of six cancellations including flights from 
Sydney to Adelaide, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. Jetstar and Sydney Airport are both investigating the cause 
of the ute hitting the plane.
