Dr. Yadu Mooss maintains the legacy of their age-old practices by integrating them with modern technology. He talks about how our gut microbiota plays an important role in wellness and health. Shedding light into the importance of keeping our gut microbiota healthy, he explains why the gut is called the second brain and talks about how it can regulate your mind as well as your body. A member of the family of Eledeth Thaikkattu Mooss, popularly known for the brand Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala, he is the one who maintains the legacy of their age-old practices by integrating them with modern technology. In addition to holding a doctorate in medicine, he serves at Vaidyaratnam as executive director and has contributed substantially to the development of various institutions under its umbrella. His commitment to continuing the tradition has allowed the brand to expand its services to museums, hospitals, academic institutions, and even research facilities.
