I have read through your comments and saw many of you were asking for more cardio workouts to do at home. I had to wait until I had some space as I am moving around so much at the moment ha - so this was the perfect week to upload a HIIT workout! This workout is a Tabata style HIIT session. There are two circuits and each circuit contains 4 exercises. In the video, I have demonstrated each exercise before we perform them, so don't worry. It is only 12 minutes, but it is intense and you will get nice and sweaty!
