Hello dears,
I often get asked to post delicious healthy and most importantly diet-friendly recipes. That's why I'm showing you my recipe for kisir today, a turkish bulgur salad with lots of good and healthy ingredients :) Whether it's a side or main dish, kisir tastes good at any time of day 🤤
Ingredients:
• 450 g of bulgur(Köftelik bulgur, can be found at any turkish or arabic supermarket in the rice aisle)
• 260 ml of boiling water
• 1,5 tbsp of tomato paste
• 1,5 tbsp of paprika paste (I like using the sweet one)
• 1,5 tsp of salt
• 1/2 cucumber
• a hand full of parsley
• 2 tomatoes
• 5- 6 spring onions
• 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
For the dressing:
• 1 lemon
• 6 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 tbsp of pomegranate syrup (Nar Eksisi)
