Alright everybody, this is the end of this journey for now. In summary today Apple released iOS 17.0.3 and Instagram released 303.3. I believe while iOS 17.0.3 may fixed general heat issues, the main problem caused by Instagram, is fixed by the new Instagram app. So regardless of what iOS / iPadOS you're on, if you use Instagram, update this app to (as of today) 303.3. And yeah.
