While they negociate a treaty with a Covenant warlord that would bring the Praetorian Guard in line with the rebels, a massive Empire force converges on the rebellion's main base, Tortuga, to crush it! Bringing along some Alliance loyalists, the siege will test both forces to the limit. Will the Empire/Alliance combined force manage to break the peace talks between the Praetorian Guard and the Italian Rebellion, while destroying the main pirate fortress in the Southern Pacific?
