If you’re an end-user customer - the one that actually uses fans to make a good - why should you trust AirPro as your partner? Well, to start off with, we’re the only fan manufacturer in the industry with a 3-year warranty, and what that says is that we build a robust product. We build a product intended to last a long time. We know that matters to you. I mean, when you’re in the field, reliability is huge. Knowing that the fan you got you can trust will keep you up and running and will prevent you from costly downtime. We can’t guarantee that you won’t have downtime. That’s part of what comes with owning equipment. But when you do, you can also rely on the fact that we’re going to be quick to receive your calls, help you fix stuff, and get you products in an expedited fashion. We know that it’s critical for you to operate and that you really want us to support you when you reach out to get help.
But I think more than anything, AirPro loves working with direct users because we get to actually tailor fans to meet your needs. I mean, maybe you’ve got a product that’s been working for you for 50 years, and it's time to replace it, and you’ve really loved that product, and you want to get something just like it, but that manufacturer doesn’t exist anymore, or maybe they’re not what they used to be, and you really want to get a retrofit of exactly what you had. We love that. We truly do. We love sending our engineers to those sites, reverse engineering, and building the same thing you loved for the last 50 years to hopefully get you another 50 years. We truly do love those projects.
We love projects where we get to come onsite, look at what it is you’re trying to do, and troubleshoot with you the things that could help you maybe run a little bit longer with your new fan, fit it with different features that you’re looking for. Maybe you’re looking for automation in the fan, maybe you’re looking for something that’ll measure temperature in the bearings because you’ve been burned by a few that have blown up in the past. Maybe you’re looking for someone who’s going to help you look at vibration analysis on your fan and say, “how can I make this run a little longer by caring about keeping it within a certain set of parameters? We love having those conversations with you.
We’re a company that was built by engineers, and we employ a lot of engineers. Our sales department has a lot of engineers. We love to get down into the weeds with you and figure out what you need to to make your plant run as successfully as possible with your fans, and we want to be that trusted partner for you.
