How to make a healthy apple pie π No flour, no sugar β No eggs
This apple and nut oatmeal cake is not only delicious, but a healthy addition to your morning coffee and sure to wow your guests over evening tea.
INGREDIENTS:
β 2 cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed).
β 1 cup of almonds.
β 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil.
β 3 tablespoons syrup (honey or other liquid sweetener).
β a handful of walnuts.β
β 3 apples β peel, core and cut into small cubes.
β 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
β a pinch of nutmeg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 35-40 minutes.

Calories - 267.92 kcal.
Protein - 5.58g.
fat - 16.65 g.
Carbohydrate - 25.77 g.
