Making a quick and easy knife sheath by riveting leather. My website http://www.bucklehurstleather.co.uk/ In this film I am using an offcut of shoe leather to make a sheath for one of my whittling knives. Instead of sewing, I am riveting the leather using little rivets that are available from craft suppliers. To rivet, I simply punch a hole in the leather and then I put a machine rivet through the hole and punch it cap on use a punch and die tool. Its all very quick and easy.
