Valencia defender Mouctar Diakhaby suffered a terrible injury against Real Madrid with the Guinean needing to be stretchered off with a dislocated knee that also ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament.
Both teams were visibly distressed during the incident however the 27-year-old has since returned to Valencia's training base on crutches and was embraced by teammates and staff.
