The easiest way to fix the most common cause of a clogged drain. All you need are your hands, a bucket, and maybe a chopstick.
If you want to start taking more control of your daily life, the best place to start is to do more simple jobs yourself. Many everyday repairs require only a few minutes poking around on the internet for information, and a few basic hand tools you can pick up second hand from garage sales. But doing these jobs gives you a sense of accomplishment and helps you feel grateful for your life and the things in it. I guess it counts as DIY, but honestly, it's so easy I can't imagine an alternative solution that wasn't done yourself.
