Polls have opened in Turkey's presidential runoff. The race pits current leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan against his main rival Kemal Kilichdaroglu. He's offered voters an inclusive platform and promised a democratic reset, including a return to a parliamentary system of government and an independent judiciary. But Erdogan looks likely to extend his tenure as modern Turkey's longest serving leader. DW's Aya Ibrahim is also following the election.
